Ironbridge Capital has been awarded the best MBO (greater than $50 million) for 2005 by the Australian Venture Capital Association (AVCAL).

Ironbridge Capital and co-investors, CVC Asia Pacific and GIC Special Investments received the award for their investment in leading Australian private hospital group, Affinity Health.

Ironbridge's investment in Affinity Health generated a return of over three-times capital invested and an internal rate of return in excess of 100 per cent.
