Ironbridge

Mike joined Ironbridge in 2005 following seven years private equity M&A Advisory experience in Sydney and London.

Mike moved to London in 1998 and worked for HCF where he advised on many private equity and corporate M&A transactions before returning to Sydney in 2000 with the M&A team at Ernst & Young.

Whilst working for Ernst & Young Mergers & Acquisitions, Mike acted as lead advisor to a wide variety of M&A transactions across a broad range of industries. He acted as lead adviser to the private equity syndicates for a number of large MBO's, including Affinity Health.

Mike co-led the acquisition of MediaWorks in 2007 and was extensively involved in the Barbeques Galore & Envirowaste transactions for Ironbridge, and the acquisition of IVF provider, Repromed.

Mike is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and holds a BA (Accountancy) degree from the University of South Australia.
